Position: Junior Merchandiser – Export

Department: Export Merchandising

Reporting To: Senior Merchandiser

Job Purpose To support the Senior Merchandiser in sampling, order processing, production follow-up, documentation and buyer requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in handling buyer enquiries and order details.
- Prepare and update order sheets, sample records and T&A; trackers.
- Follow up development samples and production samples.
- Coordinate fabric, trims, labels and packing-material requirements.
- Follow up buyer comments and sample corrections.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Quality, Warehouse and Packing departments.
- Update daily production and order status.
- Maintain buyer specifications, approved samples and related documents.
- Follow up artwork, labels, barcodes and packing instructions.
- Assist in costing and consumption-data preparation.
- Support inspection and shipment preparation.
- Update ERP/MIS entries related to merchandising activities.
- Immediately report delays, shortages or quality issues to the Senior Merchandiser.




- Maintain proper order-wise documentation and records.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma; Textile, Fashion Technology or related qualification preferred. Experience: Fresher to 2 years; home-textile/export experience preferred.

Required Skills: Basic textile knowledge, MS Excel, ERP basics, email communication, documentation, follow-up ability and willingness to learn.

Candidate Location Requirement

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Karur or nearby areas and can commute to the Manmangalam workplace regularly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
