Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Executive to manage daily vehicle movement and transportation operations. The person will be responsible for vehicle tracking, transporter/driver coordination, and ensuring timely movement of services(FTL &PTL;)

.The role requires strong coordination skills, good knowledge of Transportation, and the ability to handle multiple vehicles and operational issues simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily vehicle movement and shipment status from pickup to delivery.
- Pickup Verification: Contact the supplier after acceptance of the pickup request to verify and confirm pickup quantity, bag count, pickup address, material availability, and pickup readiness before vehicle placement.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, hubs, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure vehicles are placed as per the planned schedule and route.
- Track vehicles through GPS/tracking systems and update movement status.
- Identify delays, route issues, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational challenges and escalate them on time.
- Maintain daily vehicle and trip status reports.
- Follow up on pending and delayed deliveries and ensure timely closure.
- Check vehicle details, driver details, vehicle capacity, and route before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and replacement vehicles in case of breakdown or non-reporting.




- Monitor TAT and delivery performance and highlight deviations.
- Maintain transporter and vehicle performance data.
- Support the logistics team in controlling detention, additional freight, and other avoidable transportation costs.
- Support the team during urgent shipments, route changes, and operational escalations.

Key Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Experience with GPS/tracking or logistics management systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple vehicles and tasks simultaneously.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or dispatch operations.
- Candidates with experience in FTL/PTL, fleet tracking, transporter coordination, or last-mile operations will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in shifts or extended hours when required by operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
