Windbridge Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on and technically solid IT Executive to manage our IT Hardware, Software & Infrastructure.
? Position: Junior IT Executive
? Vacancy: 1
? Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employment (FTE)
? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field
? Experience: 2–5 Years & Fresher can also apply
? Location: Santej, Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar
? Key Responsibilities:
? Hardware & System Support
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers & IT devices
- Diagnose and repair hardware-related issues
- Hardware maintenance and upgrades
? CCTV & Networking
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras and related systems
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
?️ Software & IT Support
• Installation and configuration of Windows, software and applications
- Troubleshoot OS, application and system-related issues
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
- Software updates, backups and basic system security
? Overall IT Support
• Handle day-to-day IT hardware & software requirements
- Repair and maintain IT equipment
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors whenever required
- Ensure smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure
? We’re Looking For:
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IT Hardware & Software
• Practical experience in CCTV, Networking, PC/Laptop & Printer support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT issues
