Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Pune City.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and coordination with architecture and construction teams.

Responsibilities include creating detailed drawings and documentation, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design solutions meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.



The role involves regular client meetings, site visits, and collaboration with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality residential and commercial interiors.

The Senior Interior

Designer will also mentor junior designers, uphold design standards, and contribute to innovation in design processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetically aligned concepts.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction drawings to coordinate effectively with project and site teams.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools).
- Demonstrated experience managing interior projects from concept to completion, preferably in residential and/or commercial sectors.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in a senior design role is preferred.
