Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and coordinating international shipments to ensure smooth cargo movement.
2. Prepare, review, and process export and import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin,



and customs-related documents.
3. Support compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
4. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
5. Assist in shipment tracking, follow up on dispatches, and help resolve basic transport or customs-related issues.
6. Maintain accurate records of export and import transactions and documentation.
7. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams for order tracking, payment follow-up, and client support.
8. Learn and update knowledge of trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements under guidance.
9. Support market research and assist in identifying business opportunities as assigned by the management.
10. Communicate updates to management regarding shipment status, documentation progress, and operational support.
