We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to take ownership of day-to-day recruitment and candidate outreach. HR Interns may also be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable profiles
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview scheduling
- Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms
- Develop effective LinkedIn recruitment and outreach strategies
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports
- Support onboarding and other HR activities when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent sourcing
- Good working knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with candidate outreach and follow-ups
- Positive organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred for the Junior HR Executive role
- Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in recruitment can apply for the HR Intern position
The role is primarily recruitment-focused, so we are looking for someone who enjoys sourcing people, starting conversations, and building talent pipelines. Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
