If you enjoy turning a circuit idea into a working prototype, chasing down a noisy signal, or figuring out why a board isn't behaving as expected, you'll fit right in. We're building the electronic systems that power surgical robotics, where reliability, precision, and thoughtful engineering matter.

As a Junior Hardware Design Engineer, you'll work across analog and power electronics, PCB design, prototyping, testing, and debugging - taking designs from schematic to prototype and working closely with embedded, mechanical, and systems teams.

What you'll actually be doing

- Designing analog circuits including op-amps, filters, regulators, and signal-conditioning circuits.
- Developing power electronics including DC-DC converters, motor drivers, and power management systems.
- Creating schematics, selecting components, and developing multilayer PCB layouts.
- Building and testing prototypes, supporting PCB bring-up, SMT implementation, and design iterations.
- Debugging hardware using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Conducting structured testing and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve hardware issues.
- Implementing ESD, EMI, and EMC protection strategies for robust designs.
- Maintaining schematics, BOMs, PCB files, test reports, and other engineering documentation.




- Working closely with embedded, mechanical, and systems teams to integrate hardware into larger subsystems.
- Contributing to R&D; initiatives and exploring new hardware technologies.

Who we're looking for

- You've got 0–2 years of experience in hardware design, electronics, robotics, or a related field - fresh graduates with strong hands-on projects are welcome.
- You have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- You understand the fundamentals of analog, digital, and power electronics.
- You're familiar with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or CAD, or similar.
- You're comfortable working with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other bench equipment.
- You've built or worked on hardware prototypes and enjoy getting from a schematic to something that actually works.
- You're curious, hands-on, and the kind of person who wants to understand why something failed rather than simply work around it.
