Roles & Responsibilities :

The Graphic Designer includes the entire process of understanding requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of Social media posts, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to talk to you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience and create a strong sense of brand.

Job Requirement

- Proven graphic designing experience
- A robust portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Proven experience in social media posts and management
- A pro in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere pro.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- New Ai Tools to complement image gen and or video gen too!
- Video Editing knowledge and relevant software understanding
- Outstanding understanding of Branding
- Who can dissect content and create visuals like a boss!
- Communication expert. (Visual Communication too)





Job Responsibility :
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Ability to manage social media
- Ideate and execute social media posts
- Understand design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop creative illustrations, logos, ppts, brochure, flyers, social media posts and other designs using relevant software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Creative Video Editing
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Never give up and have the hunger to find creative ways of presenting your design ideas and strategies

Additional Requirements :
- Preference for candidates residing near the office location in Bengaluru, as this is a Work From Office role.
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing / QA concepts is preferred, as our organization is a Software Testing & Quality Engineering company.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and SAP-related concepts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand technical, testing and SAP-related content and convert it into engaging visual content.
- Looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about Graphic Design and wants to build a long-term career in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding and Creative Content.
- Should be interested in learning and using new AI tools for image generation, video generation and creative design.
- Comfortable collaborating with testing, SAP, technology and business teams to understand requirements and create relevant visuals.
