Role Overview

NUVORA Stays is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms.

This entry-level role is suitable for a fresher or early-career designer with solid design fundamentals, working knowledge of professional design tools, and a well-presented portfolio.

A working portfolio link is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Design social-media posts, digital advertisements, banners, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create original concepts based on creative briefs.
- Resize and adapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, print, and other formats.
- Follow NUVORA Stays’ brand guidelines across all creative work.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams.
- Revise designs accurately based on feedback.
- Prepare web-ready, print-ready, and editable source files.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, fonts, images, and creative assets.
- Stay informed about current graphic-design and social-media trends.
- Complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines.

Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout.




- Ability to create clean and skilled designs from a brief.
- Ability to select appropriate fonts, images, icons, and color combinations.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to receive feedback positively and make revisions.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Portfolio Requirements Candidates must submit a portfolio containing at least five relevant projects. It should include examples such as:
- Social-media posts
- Digital advertisements or banners
- A brochure, presentation, menu, or other multi-page layout
- Branding or campaign work
- Original design concepts

Academic, personal, internship, freelance, and professional projects are accepted. Please mention your contribution and the software used for each project. Do not submit copied templates or work created entirely by someone else.

Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students may apply.
- Internship or freelance experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

- This is a full-time, in-person position in Hyderabad.
