Job Overview iRely is looking for Full-Time Software Implementation Consultants to join their team in Kolkata, India.
Selected applicants will participate in a self-proving program to demonstrate their analytical, implementation, presentation, and technical skills.
During this period, candidates will be assigned test projects. Upon successful completion, they will continue the program and be on probation as per company policy.
Successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on iRely's business ERP software.
Training Period
- Work on-site from the Bengaluru office.
- The self-proving program is considered successful only when the assigned project is successfully completed in all aspects.
- Candidates will work on test projects using the techniques and technologies expected by iRely.
- Candidates must demonstrate a working model during demo sessions.
- Candidates must clearly understand and provide specific answers to questions asked during demo sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- BE/B. Tech/MSc/ME/M. Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Consistent 80%+ marks in all semesters.
- Good knowledge of SQL scripting.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to understand instructions and follow through.
