Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Junior Graphic

Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, creating logos and brand elements, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for web and print. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and marketers, following brand guidelines, iterating on feedback,



and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual outputs.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and adapting visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Understanding of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Portfolio demonstrating design projects, academic work, or freelance assignments relevant to digital and brand design.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by a solid portfolio.
