- We are hiring a Junior Event Execution Executive who is passionate about the events industry and interested in working on live events, exhibitions, corporate events, activations, and experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end event execution.
- Coordinate with production, creative, logistics, and vendor teams.
- Support event setup, branding, fabrication, and installation.
- Assist during rehearsals, event launches, conferences, and live events.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist with venue inspections and event-day requirements.
- Monitor event execution as per approved plans and timelines.
- Support the team in resolving on-ground operational challenges.
- Assist with post-event dismantling and closure activities.
