Plus Max Group of Companies is looking for talented and committed professionals to join our Finance & Accounts team. We are seeking candidates with strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute effectively to the organization’s financial operations and compliance requirements.

Junior Executive - Accounts & Finance

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and expense entries.
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparation of MIS and financial reports.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Assist the Senior Accounts team during audits.
- Follow up on pending documents and outstanding balances.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.




- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from South India, particularly Tamil Nadu, will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, Import–Export, or international business operations will be an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate qualified integrity, reliability, accountability, and a long-term commitment to the organization.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across different functions and locations.
