We are looking for a dedicated Junior Engineer to handle daily production activities, monitor machinery operations, and ensure seamless coordination with the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle production activities and monitor machinery operations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate effectively with the maintenance department.
- Ensure production outputs strictly meet quality and process requirements.
- Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work comfortably in shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical machinery/processes, reading engineering drawings, and handling measuring instruments.
- Soft Skills: Valuable communication and strong teamwork abilities.
Compensation & Work Hours:
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
