About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and organized Junior Event Operations Specialist to join our events team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution.

You will work closely with the event team, vendors, production partners, and internal teams to ensure events are executed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams, and event partners.
- Assist with venue setup, branding, décor, equipment, and event materials.
- Coordinate event logistics, manpower, transportation, and other operational requirements.
- Support the team during event setup and on-ground execution.
- Maintain event checklists, schedules, trackers, and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
- Assist with guest registration and attendee coordination.




- Handle basic operational issues during events and coordinate with the senior team for resolution.
- Assist with post-event activities, reports, and documentation.
- Travel to event venues as required.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in event management, event operations, event coordination, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in events are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Event Management will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel for events.
- Ability to work flexible schedule when required for event execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
