For achieving the homegrown civil aircraft projects, Genser has created a mini aerospace eco system by creating two more companies: Mission Aerospace Foundation of India ( AEROFI)- a not-for-profit organisation to draw aerospace domain knowledge from experts; and Angas Aeronautics India Pvt Ltd - an SPV for production of Business Jet designed and developed by Genser.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Junior Engineering and Management Executives across design, manufacturing, aviation, quality, certification, marketing, HR, finance, and IT.

Responsibilities may include supporting engineering design and analysis,



assisting in manufacturing planning and coordination, and contributing to aviation operations and documentation. Team members may help implement quality and certification processes, participate in branding and marketing activities, and assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role can also involve supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis, as well as contributing to IT support, system documentation, and process improvements.

The position requires close collaboration with senior staff, cross-functional teams, and clients, with a focus on learning, execution, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills for collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Graphics and graphic design capabilities to support presentations, reports, and visual documentation.
- Branding and marketing skills to contribute to corporate identity, campaigns, and outreach.
- Project management skills to assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Ability to learn aerospace domain concepts and work within structured processes and regulations.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with design or data tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, in office environment.
- Interest or prior exposure to aerospace, manufacturing, or technology-driven industries is beneficial.
- Should have completed bachelor's degree in engineering in 2024 or earlier; master's degree or PhD in 2025 or earlier
