- Knowledge of National/International codes, standards specifications for fabrication, welding NDT techniques.
- Knowledge of various welding processes (i MIG/SAW/TIG/SMAW), WPS/PQR/WPQ activity.
- Knowledge worked on various destructive and nondestructive testing witness activity. (NDT Level-II certificate in DP, UT preferable)
- Knowledge involved in fabrication assembly inspection activity.
- Knowledge of different process like machining, assembly, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Knowledge on GDT inspection using FARO Arm or CMM.
- Worked on SAP-QM module.
- Worked on preparation of Quality Plan for Fabricated, Machined Assembly components.
- Thorough Knowledge of inspection using different measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of NCR analysis process though 7-QC Tools.
- Knowledge for preparing check sheet and for critical parameter (CTQ Parameter).
Qualifications
- Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years
- Qualification: B.E/ Diploma - Mechnical
- Experience in Heavy fabrication/ Asphalt-Concerete plant manufacturing industry.
