- Proficiency in interpreting Fabricated component drawings,
machined components drawings, and Assembly component drawing.
- Knowledge of National/International codes, standards specifications for fabrication, welding &
- NDT techniques.
- Knowledge of various welding processes (i.e MIG/SAW/TIG/SMAW), WPS/PQR/WPQ activity.
- Knowledge & worked on various destructive and nondestructive testing witness activity. (NDT Level-II certificate in DP, UT preferable)
- Knowledge & involved in fabrication & assembly inspection activity.
- Knowledge of different process like machining, assembly, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Knowledge on GD&T; inspection using FARO Arm or CMM.
- Worked on SAP-QM module.
- Worked on preparation of Quality Plan for Fabricated, Machined &
- Assembly components.
- Thorough Knowledge of inspection using different measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of NCR analysis process though 7-QC Tools.
- Knowledge for preparing check sheet and for critical parameter (CTQ Parameter).
- Work Experience : 2 to 4 Years
- Qualification : B.E/ Diploma –
- Mechnical
- Experience in Heavy fabrication/ Asphalt-Concerete plant manufacturing industry.
