Role Description The Junior Ecommerce Ads Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of ecommerce ad campaigns, primarily on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring ad performance, analyzing campaign data, adjusting bids and budgets, and updating product listings to improve visibility and conversion.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies, responding to basic client queries, and preparing performance reports. The specialist will support testing new ad formats, keywords,



and audience segments to improve return on ad spend and overall sales performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to address client inquiries, manage expectations, and support positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present findings clearly, and document campaign results.
- Candidates should possess e-commerce skills, including familiarity with online marketplaces (preferably Amazon) and basic product listing management.
- Candidates should possess sales-related skills to understand sales funnels, conversion metrics, and revenue-focused advertising strategies.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including PPC advertising, SEO, and social media, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and comfort working with data dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
