ABOUT DIAGNEX

Diagnex (Carehorizon Health Private Limited) is building an integrated home healthcare ecosystem across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata and Howrah. We bring reliable medical care into the home

— dialysis, diagnostics, nursing and caregiving, home ICU setup, doctor consultations, clinical procedures and elderly care — so families can look after the people they love without juggling a dozen different providers. We are a young, fast-moving team with deep roots in healthcare, and we are building the systems, the brand and the people that will define how premium home care works in

India.

THE ROLE

We build and run several websites and web applications, and we build quick. We are looking for a developer who uses AI as a genuine force multiplier — comfortable with vibe coding in Claude and

ChatGPT — but who understands code well enough to know exactly when the AI is wrong. If you enjoy shipping, testing and hunting down bugs until they are properly dead, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build, update and maintain features across our websites and web applications.
- Use AI-assisted development (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot or similar) to ship quickly —

and review, test and understand every line before it goes live.
- Run structured testing across our sites and apps: functionality, cross-browser behaviour, mobile responsiveness, forms and inquiry flows, page speed and broken links.




- Debug issues end to end — reproduce, isolate, fix, verify — and document what went wrong so it does not happen again.
- Keep forms, integrations and data flows working reliably so that no patient inquiry is ever lost.
- Maintain clean code, version control and basic technical documentation.
- Follow secure coding practices and handle any patient or user data with care.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 0–2 years of development experience. Internships, freelance work and personal projects all count — show us what you have built.
- Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, with working knowledge of a database such as MySQL.
- Real experience with vibe coding and AI-assisted workflows in Claude and ChatGPT, along with the judgement to catch hallucinated code, security gaps and silent bugs.
- Proven debugging ability, and comfort with browser developer tools, logs and Git.
- A good grasp of testing: writing test cases, running regression checks and, ideally, some automated testing with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar.
- Clear communication — you raise problems early instead of hiding them.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with WordPress or Laravel.
- Basics of hosting, deployment and DNS.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly, accessible front-end development, APIs and webhooks.
