We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Junior Data Analyst Trainer who is passionate about analytics, data storytelling, and mentoring upcoming tech talent. In this role, you will guide freshers and engineering students through real-world data pipelines, exploratory data analysis (EDA), predictive dashboards, and decision intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Project-Based Mentorship: Guide student cohorts through practical datasets, helping them clean messy data, perform statistical analyses, and build automated visualization pipelines.
- Core Curriculum Delivery: Conduct interactive, lab-driven sessions covering SQL, Python/R, Advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside our AI/ML, IoT, and MERN stack teams to integrate analytics dashboards with live IoT telemetry and backend data streams.
- Review & Code Evaluation: Conduct regular project code reviews, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and ensure students maintain industry-standard documentation and GitHub repositories.
- Capstone Project Leadership:



Assist students in delivering portfolio-ready analytics capstones tailored for corporate recruitment and SIH-level presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of practical experience working on analytics projects or technical training.
- Core Technical Stack:
- Solid proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or R.
- Solid command of SQL (complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions).
- Hands-on expertise in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Communication & Mentorship: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the patience and ability to break down complex technical concepts for learners.
- Mindset: A strong bias toward action, problem-solving, and a long-term commitment to tech mentorship.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience mentoring students or junior analysts in a boot camp, academic, or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, cloud analytics basics, or predictive modeling concepts.
- Exposure to time-series data or IoT sensor telemetry analysis.
