Role Description The Junior Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing timely and accurate information about Teknika Solutions’ products and services. The executive will assist in resolving technical and non-technical issues, escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include documenting interactions, updating support tickets, maintaining knowledge of company offerings, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role also includes collaborating with development and operations teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills,



with a focus on explicit communication and empathy.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support, including handling inquiries across digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to guide customers through solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
