Role Description The Junior Copywriter is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The position involves writing clear and engaging copy for campaigns, retail communication, and rural marketing initiatives across print, digital, and outdoor channels. Daily tasks include drafting and refining headlines, body copy, and taglines, assisting with press releases, and supporting concept development with the creative and account teams.

Copywriter will collaborate closely with designers and strategists to ensure consistent brand messaging, proofread and edit content to maintain quality, and adapt communication to different audiences and platforms as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Proofreading skills for marketing and advertising content.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills for internal collaboration and client-facing discussions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Marketing for campaign support and brand communication.
- Strong command of English, with the ability to write concise, persuasive copy; regional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Mass Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of branding, retail advertising, and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, work to deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or advertising is beneficial.
