JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a motivated Junior Construction Project Coordinator to join our Hyderabad team and support construction projects in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day construction project coordination.
- Maintain RFI, submittal and project document logs.
- Track procurement, materials, deliveries and outstanding items.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and project team members.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items.
- Assist with project schedules and progress tracking.
- Maintain project documentation and correspondence.
- Assist with change orders and project administration.
- Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare project reports and updates using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Communicate professionally with Canadian project teams.

Requirements
- Civil Engineering / Construction-related education.
- Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required.
- Good understanding of construction processes.
- Good written and spoken English.




- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Primavera P6, MS Project or other scheduling software experience is an advantage.
- Previous construction/project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Freshers and junior candidates are welcome.

Working Hours 8 hours per day.

The successful candidate must be available to work according to Toronto, Ontario, Canada business hours as required by project operations.

Compensation

First 3 months: ₹20,000/month during the probation and structured training period.

After successful completion of the 3-month probation: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month, based on performance, skills and ability to work independently.
