- Supporting ADHD assessments at UC. Training will be provided.
- Supporting assessment report writing
- Helping with Assessment + Clinical Wing coordination
- Contributing to the growth of our Assessment Wing

- Completed an RCI-recognised clinical psychology qualification (PDCP/MPhil) and eligible to work as a Clinical Psychologist / Associate Clinical Psychologist, as applicable
- Neuroaffirming and non-pathologising in their approach
- Curious about assessment beyond scores and diagnoses
- Comfortable questioning conventional ways of working
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Delhi NCR preferred

- Part-time: 6-8hours/week
- Hybrid (Gurugram), with flexibility around how you structure your hours.
- The first 2–3 months will be a getting-to-know-each-other period. Compensation during this time will be ₹8,000–₹10,000/month, depending on scope and hours.
- After this, we’ll review the role, responsibilities and compensation together.
