Civil Engineer – Site Purchase & Coordination

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate site purchase activities, material requirements, vendors, contractors, and project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), purchase trackers, and site material records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update site purchase and material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotations, rates, availability, and deliveries.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
- Track material orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.
- Maintain purchase records and Excel trackers/reports.




- Read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
- Prepare basic drawings/details using AutoCAD.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors for timely execution and delivery.

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering degree.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of construction materials and site execution.
- Valuable coordination, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in construction/interior/PMC projects preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
