Role Description The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade’s learning programs by identifying prospective learners and partners, and promoting the company’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through online and offline channels, and assisting in presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and learners. The role involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, following up with interested prospects,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with a starting compensation of INR 20,000 per month.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Presentation-related skills, such as creating and delivering effective presentations to individuals and groups.
- Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and basic pipeline management.
- Market research skills to gather, analyze, and report on target audience and competitive landscape.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes and interest in the education/edtech sector.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
