Candidate is required to work independently on CNC Lathe Machine, Conventional M1TR Machine, Conventional Lathe Machine, Surface Grinding Machines for machining of Critical Parts for both Dies and Fixtures.

Reading the Engineering Drawings for deciding manufacturing process and operational sequence. Understanding the resources available in terms of tooling, machine specifications and part requirement. Produce the parts as per drawing requirement and estimated hours as per daily production plan.

Ensuring the work estimation, preparation work and daily output as per target. Ensuring the quality of the jobs as per drawing requirements. Ensuring the training of newly joined operators whenever required to improve multiskilling drive.

Ensuring the 100% inprocess inspection for critical parts and critical diamensions. Ensuring the safety work practices. Reporting of non-confirmance as per laid down system. Ensuring the identification of improvement task related to his work area.

In time reporting of break down of machines and equipments as per procedure.



Ensuring proper use and due care of measuring instruments. Focus on minimize the rework and rejection by following appropriate procedure.

To ensure Autonous Maintenance of machines and equipments. Check the reciept of raw material and sketches received as a input and handover the completed parts after inspection and identification to concern.

Hands on experience in operating CNC lathe, Conventional lathe and surface grinding machines. Thorough knowledge of maching processes. Thorough knowledge of CNC Programming, required cutting tools and cutting parameters.

Ability to train newly joined operators. Basic awarness of Quality System. Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance. Knowledge of limits/fits/tolerances. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Ability to decide appropriate machining processes. Knowledge of Various Raw Materials used and Heat Treatement Process. Knowledge of first aid and fire fighting. Knowledge of safety requirements.
