DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You will be part of our in-house Project team. The Architecture and Interior design team specifically responsible for designing high and interiors, incorporate / workplace / residential / guesthouses projects.
2. Working closely with the design consultants in house & external respectively. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of projects.
3. Undertake design projects end-to-end & prepare, working drawings, models, material & mood boards.
4. Coordinate with architects, structural contractors/ vendors. Ensure superior workmanship & cost effectiveness. Design corporate / workplace interior spaces/ consultation renovations, space planning & new constructions.
5. Work on new layouts (not only limited to furniture & interiors), building materials, furniture, MEP, colour, lightening material selection,



made to order furniture and all installations.
6. Keep control on quality, design as per plan, cost and overall project budget.
7. Be able to comprehend the roadblocks and come up with solutions/ suggestions etc.
8. Be hands on with work and be able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, and taking the various stakeholders (internal and external)
9. Ability to work as an independent contributor and within a team workplace and take everyone together and be responsible for your scope of work & also the over all teams.
10. Work under the guidance and supervision of the HOD for all assigned works.
11. Ensure all work is reviewed and approved by the HOD before implementation.
