Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our Guwahati team. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and the design team across various stages of projects, from concept development and design documentation to client coordination and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Assist with 3D modelling, visualization, presentations, and material selections.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project presentations.




- Attend site visits and assist with site coordination and execution requirements.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain accurate project drawings and documentation.
- Assist in ensuring designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- 0–3 years of experience in architecture or architectural design.
- Good understanding of architectural design, planning, construction, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, design sensitivity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
