Morelo connects data from CRM, email, documents, meetings, calls, ERP systems and other enterprise sources to understand customers, deals and business context. The platform helps teams identify risks, recommend actions and execute workflows through AI.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior AI Full Stack Developer who wants to build at the intersection of AI, software engineering and enterprise products.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll work across the stackfrom building user-facing experiences and backend services to integrating LLMs, data pipelines and enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

Build AI-Powered Product Experiences

- Build and ship features across Morelo's web application and AI workspace.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, RAG and structured enterprise context.
- Build interfaces for AI copilots, deal intelligence, search, recommendations and workflow automation.
- Turn AI capabilities into reliable, usable product experiences rather than simple chatbot interfaces.

Build the Full Stack
- Develop frontend applications using React / Next.js.
- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Python.
- Design and work with databases, APIs and asynchronous services.
- Build authentication, permissions, data handling and enterprise-grade application workflows.
- Debug, test and improve application reliability and performance.

Work with Enterprise Data
- Integrate systems such as CRM, Microsoft 365, email, SharePoint, ERP and other enterprise applications.




- Build ingestion pipelines for documents, emails, conversations and structured business data.
- Work with relational databases, vector databases and knowledge graphs.
- Help transform unstructured enterprise information into usable AI context.

Build and Experiment Quickly
- Prototype new AI capabilities and product ideas.
- Work closely with product and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into working systems.
- Evaluate different models, prompts, retrieval strategies and AI workflows.
- Measure what works and iterate rapidly.
- Contribute to Morelo's evolving AI and agent architecture.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of software development experience, including internships or serious personal projects.
- Basic understanding of backend development and APIs.
- Comfortable working with databases and structured data.
- Genuine interest in AI and LLM-based applications.
- Ability to understand an unfamiliar technical problem and figure out how to build it.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in an environment where requirements evolve quickly.
- High ownershipyou should be comfortable taking a feature from an idea to a working implementation.
- Good communication and ability to work closely with product and engineering.
- Any Claude certifications will be a plus.

Nice to Have
- Experience building an AI-powered application or working with LLM APIs.
- Exposure to RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI agents.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and OAuth.
- Experience with CRM, ERP or enterprise systems.
- Exposure to Kafka, event-driven architectures or data pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and deploying applications.
- Startup, hackathon or meaningful side-project experience.
