Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, invoicing, documentation, payroll support, reconciliations, and audit activities. The candidate should have practical accounting experience and preferably have worked under a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Pass and maintain day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts accurately and on a timely basis.
- Scrutinize ledgers and identify accounting discrepancies.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain supporting documents for accounting transactions.
- Handle accounting and bookkeeping activities across multiple group companies/entities, ensuring separate books, ledgers, reconciliations and compliance records are maintained accurately.

1. GST Compliance

- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform basic GST and GSTR-2B reconciliations.
- Verify GST invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in reconciliation and resolution of GST differences.

1. TDS Compliance

- Understand basic TDS provisions and applicable sections.
- Assist in TDS calculation, deduction and challan preparation/payment.
- Assist in preparation and filing of TDS returns.
- Maintain TDS working papers and supporting documents.

1. Invoicing & Receivables/Payables





- Prepare and raise sales invoices as per agreed terms and timelines.
- Verify vendor invoices before accounting and payment processing.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Assist with receivable/payable reconciliations and follow-ups.

1. Audit Support

- Assist in statutory and internal audit activities.
- Prepare audit schedules, workings and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors for required documents and information.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and respond to routine audit requirements.

1. Documentation & Records

- Maintain proper physical and digital records of invoices, vouchers, challans and supporting documents.
- Ensure documents are properly filed and readily available for audit and compliance purposes.
- Maintain organized records for accounting and statutory requirements.

1. Payroll Support – Basic

- Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
- Coordinate with HR for attendance, employee master data and payroll inputs.
- Understand basic salary deductions and statutory components such as PF, ESIC, PT and TDS.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime / Tally, with practical knowledge of accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- B.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,



Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with a CA firm
- Experience working under a CA firm is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Practical exposure to GST and TDS compliance.
- Basic understanding of audit processes and documentation.
- Hands-on experience in invoicing and maintaining accounting records.
- Basic payroll knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation and reconciliation skills.

Preferred Profile
- Exposure to multi-company accounting and ability to maintain accounts for more than one entity will be an advantage.
- Candidate who has practical exposure to multiple accounting and compliance activities rather than only data-entry work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of accounting and compliance tasks.
- Experience in a CA firm, startup, service company or similar finance environment will be an advantage. Key Expectations
- Accuracy in accounting and documentation.
- Timely completion of monthly accounting and compliance activities.
- Ability to work independently on routine accounting tasks.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Finance, HR, auditors and vendors/customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
