We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the senior accountants in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining financial records. This is a full-time position located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally.

- Knowledge of tax and GST regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.





Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping.

- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports.

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial databases.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

- Support the senior accountants in financial analysis and audits.

- Assist in other accounting tasks as assigned.
