Rohan Lifescapes is hiring a Junior Accountant for our Accounts & Finance team.
? Location: Dadar, Mumbai
? Experience: 4–6 Years
? Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
? Salary: ₹3–4 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
Mandatory Requirements
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Strong knowledge of GST, GST Reconciliation & TDS
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation
- Vendor & Expense Accounting
- Petty Cash handling
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Book purchases, expenses, JVs, receipts & payments
- Process and track utility bills
- Prepare rent cheques and maintain rent records
- Record rent income
- Manage petty cash entries and reconciliation
- Perform GST reconciliation and follow up for pending bills
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Maintain TDS-related accounting and documentation
- Organize accounting records for audit and compliance
