Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.

- Assist in Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation.

- Support preparation and verification of invoices, bills and payment documents.

- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.

- Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.

- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for required documents.

- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.





- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding of GST & TDS.

- Good analytical and numerical skills.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 01 year of Accounts experience will be preferred.

- Candidates from Construction, Infrastructure, Mining or Logistics industries will have an added advantage.

- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
