We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, maintain accurate financial records, prepare bills, manage sales and purchase entries. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling accounting.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
- Record sales and purchase entries accurately.
- Manage cash, bank, and ledger entries.
- Reconcile accounts and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills as required.
- Maintain and update stock records and inventory entries.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Follow up with customers and transporters regarding payments, deliveries,
and pending matters.
- Coordinate with courier services for sending invoices, documents, bills, and other company papers.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched invoices and documents.
- Support the Senior Accountant with GST-related documentation and other accounting tasks as required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Must be presentable looking.
