About the Role

Lahara Protocol Labs Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
- Assist with bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Assist senior finance personnel with audits and financial documentation.
- Ensure accounting data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST returns and TDS procedures.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Experience working in an IT or technology company is an advantage.
- CA/CMA Inter candidates or candidates pursuing professional accounting qualifications may also apply.
