- Accounts Management: Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and track vendor or customer payments.

- Record Keeping: Post daily journal entries and update the general ledger with financial transactions.

- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any financial discrepancies.

- Financial Reporting: Assist senior accountants in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and monthly reports.

- Administrative Support: Help with payroll processing, expense reviews, and audit preparations.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Sage.

- Core Competencies: Robust attention to detail, basic mathematical aptitude, and good analytical skills.
