Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills such as general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable handling, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software and productivity tools, including familiarity with ERP or Tally systems and proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and numerical skills, including attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to reconcile financial records.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and maintain well-structured financial documentation.




- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with senior accountants, project managers, and other internal stakeholders.
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Knowledge of basic taxation, GST, and compliance requirements in the construction and real estate sector is an advantage.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance, particularly within construction or real estate, is beneficial.
