Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Karnataka, India. The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities include preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves supporting compliance with internal controls, coordinating with vendors and internal teams regarding billing and payments, and assisting senior accounting staff with audits and documentation.

The Junior Accountant is expected to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines,



and collaborate with colleagues in a structured, safety-focused business environment.

Salary

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- For freshers / entry-level candidates
- Salary may vary based on qualifications, skills, and interview performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with numerical data and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Ability to work on-site in Karnataka, India, and manage workload in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Basic understanding of taxation and financial compliance practices.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; accounting experience or internships are an advantage.
- Interest in working within the industrial safety and technology sector.
- Willingness to learn company-specific accounting systems and processes.
