Role Description The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Wadala. This position focuses on supporting client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction for retail and distribution partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, tracking orders and inventory, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams on deliveries, promotions, and product information.

The role also involves assisting in onboarding new clients, supporting sales campaigns, gathering feedback from the market,



and contributing to brand awareness initiatives in the wellness space.

The Junior Account

Executive will work closely with senior sales and marketing colleagues to meet targets and strengthen Rastafari Wellness’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Basic sales and account management abilities, including follow-ups, documentation, and relationship-building.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) for reporting and coordination.
- Interest in wellness, consumer products, or FMCG sectors; prior experience or internships in sales or customer service are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Wadala and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
