Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing &
- Post-Production:

Cut, splice, and assemble raw video footage into cohesive, high-impact final products.

- Audio &

- Sound Design:

Edit audio tracks, balance sound levels, clear background noise, and add suitable music and sound effects (SFX).

- Visual Effects &

- Motion Graphics:

Add text overlays, lower thirds, callouts, transitions, color grading, and basic 2D motion graphics.

- Content Optimization: Adapt video formats and aspect ratios across various platforms (e.g., 16:9 for YouTube/Web, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts/TikTok, 1:1 for feed posts).

- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and directors to understand project goals and deliver videos on schedule.

- Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain raw footage, project files, and finished video archives cleanly.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Animation, Mass Communication,



or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing and post-production.

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for motion graphics and thumbnail design is a robust plus.

- Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and audio editing/mixing.

- Key Competencies:

- Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing past video projects (essential).

- High attention to detail with a robust sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing.

- Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
