Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with hands-on expertise in Figma to design user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile platforms. You should have a deep understanding of user behavior and a passion for clean, modern design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for both web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs
- Translate complex ideas into clear, user-friendly interfaces
- Maintain and update the design system/component library in Figma




- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across devices and platforms
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs3

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Figma is a must
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience in responsive and adaptive design
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving and user-focused mindset

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in user research, A/B testing, or usability testing
- Prior work in a SaaS, e-commerce, or startup workplace
