Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Fresher to 1 yr)

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office ONLY)

Position Overview:

This is a full time, on-site position for a UI/UX Designer based in Ahmedabad. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of aesthetics, be well-versed in web and mobile design best practices, and have a solid grasp of user-centered design principles.

Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Dev Handoff basics).
- Familiarity with Design Systems and Component-based design approach.
- Demonstrable design skills with a portfolio (Academic, personal, or case study projects acceptable).
- Understanding of basic principles of layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and usability.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approach.
- Basic exposure to AI-assisted design tools (such as UI generation tools, AI image tools, or design copilots).
- Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to team members.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in design outputs.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in creating wireframes, user flows,



prototypes, and UI mockups.
- Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and modern product design practices.
- Basic familiarity with Agile workflows and design collaboration with developers.
- Basic understanding of design handoff process for development teams.
- Exposure to usability testing or user feedback analysis is a plus.

Eligibility & Skills required:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Des / BCA / B.Tech / M.Des / MCA in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Design Portfolio to showcase (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of user-centered design and UX best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
