Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, technically sound, and detail-oriented Shopify/WordPress Developer to join our Internet Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 06 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress and/or Shopify development, along with a good understanding of CMS platforms and HTML.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and e-commerce stores while working closely with the SEO, content, design, and digital marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Work with different CMS platforms to create, update, and manage website content.
- Customize WordPress themes, templates, pages, and basic plugins as required.
- Develop and customize Shopify stores, themes, pages, sections, and product layouts.
- Have a good understanding of HTML and be able to make basic website-level modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic website, theme, plugin, layout, and functionality issues.
- Implement website changes based on requirements provided by the SEO, content,



and digital marketing teams.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, properly structured, and visually consistent.
- Assist with website optimization, including basic technical SEO and page-speed-related improvements.
- Upload and manage website content, products, images, menus, and other CMS elements.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and other team members for website-related requirements.
- Test website changes across different browsers and devices to ensure functionality and compatibility.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in WordPress, Shopify, CMS platforms, and web technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 06 months to 1 year of relevant experience in WordPress, Shopify, or CMS-based website development.
- Valuable practical knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.
- Good understanding of CMS platforms and website management.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, or Liquid will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of website structure, themes, plugins, templates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong logical thinking and good IQ/problem-solving ability to understand requirements and identify technical solutions.
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple website-related tasks.
