Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
- Respond to alerts and production incidents.
- Follow runbooks and document resolutions.
- Escalate issues to DevOps, QA, FinOps, and Security teams.
- Maintain clear incident communication and shift handovers.
- Ensure system uptime and SLA adherence.
Requirements
- 0-1 years in IT Operations, NOC, Technical Support, or SRE.
- Basic knowledge of AWS and Linux.
- Understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Current Relic, or CloudWatch is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
