Junior Social Media Specialist & Content Creator

About the role

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media, but genuinely creates for it. You'll work with our Social Media Executive to plan, shoot, and publish content, while also helping build and nurture an engaged community around our clients' and Brimbus's own social presence.

What you'll do

- Create original content: shoot and edit reels, photos, and short-form videos for client and Brimbus channels
- Assist on shoots (on-location and in-studio): setup, shot lists, props, and coordination
- Write captions and plan content calendars alongside the Social Media Executive
- Build and manage community: reply to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and keep engagement active and genuine, not just reactive
- Track trends, sounds, and formats, and bring fresh content ideas to the table
- Monitor engagement and follower growth, and help compile weekly reports
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to keep everything on brand and on time

What we're looking for





- 0–1 year of experience, with internship experience in content creation or social media
- A genuine interest in creating content, not just scheduling it, comfortable being in front of and behind the camera
- Experience growing or engaging an online community (personal page, college page, or brand account all count)
- Hands-on exposure to shoots
- Basic editing skills with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Premiere Pro
- Good written English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus)
- A creative eye and a feel for what makes people stop scrolling

Valuable to have

- Your own content or page you've grown, with numbers or engagement to show
- Basic photography or videography skills
