Role Description The Jr Video Editor role at Apnaaapan is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the team member will assist in editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content for various digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include trimming clips, adding transitions, basic sound alignment, color adjustments, and incorporating motion graphics under guidance from senior team members.

Editor will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining project files,



and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in video production and an understanding of the video creation workflow.
- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, and assembling footage using common editing software.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate video color grading skills to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements that enhance video content.
- Ability to follow creative direction, accept feedback constructively, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with popular editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is preferred.
