Role Description The Jr Reel Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. In this position, the team member will edit short-form video content and reels for social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include selecting clips, adding transitions, music, text overlays, and effects to create engaging, platform-ready content.

Editor will collaborate with content creators and digital marketing staff to adapt footage for different formats, maintain consistent visual style, and meet deadlines. The role also involves organizing raw footage, managing project files,



and suggesting creative ideas to improve viewer engagement and reach.

Qualifications

- Foundational video editing skills, including familiarity with popular editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
- Basic knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design to create engaging and clear narratives in reel content.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines, maintain consistent style, and ensure high-quality output.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams, and to accept and apply feedback.
- Valuable communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in Multimedia, Film, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
