Role Overview

As an Instructional Designer at Enthral, you will support the creation of engaging and effective eLearning content for corporate training programs. You will work with senior instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia teams to design and develop learning modules that meet client learning objectives.

This role is ideal for professionals with around 1 year of experience in eLearning or instructional design who want to build hands-on experience in developing digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in understanding client requirements and learner needs.

· Support senior instructional designers in creating learning structures and course outlines.

· Apply basic instructional design principles to organize content effectively.

· Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning content for eLearning modules.

· Convert raw SME content into learner-friendly training material.

· Create quizzes, interactions, and basic learning activities.

· Work with eLearning authoring tools to build interactive learning modules.

· Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia teams to integrate visuals, audio, and animations.

· Work with subject matter experts, project managers, and internal teams during project development.





· Participate in internal reviews and feedback cycles to improve course quality.

· Gain exposure to eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies.

· Stay updated with emerging trends in digital learning.

Qualifications – Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, Communication, or related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content development.

· Basic understanding of instructional design concepts such as ADDIE.

· Strong writing and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

· Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).

· Basic knowledge of multimedia or visual learning design.

· Interest in interactive learning, simulations, or gamified learning.

Work Mode

Work From Office – Pune

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
